Portland, OR – June 25, 2015 – The Partners Group announces it has added Brad Nantz to its executive management team in Portland, OR. Nantz will team up with our newest member company, Benefit Partners, by supporting and expanding this growing business that focuses on meeting the needs of physician practices with employee benefits and insurance strategies.

Nantz is a seasoned veteran who has worked with three large national employee benefits carriers over the past 30 years; including MetLife, The Standard and Unum. Through his career Nantz has had progressive experience starting as a sales representative and working up to senior officer positions, including VP of National Accounts, VP of Operations, and VP of Sales. Rod Cruickshank, President and CEO of The Partners Group, said “I’ve known Brad for many years and I know he will be a significant contributor to the future of The Partners Group with his depth of knowledge in sales and operations. CEBE is an advisory board of The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB) and was chartered in 2001 to represent the benefits business interests of The Council’s member firms. The advisory board is comprised of 30 benefits executives from leading brokers and consultants across the U.S. who guide The Council’s benefits-focused advocacy, business intelligence and peer-share forums, including the annual Employee Benefits Leadership Forum.

June 2, 2015 –Three team members of The Partners Group Business Consulting Division have been promoted as a result of their development into seasoned problem solvers: Amber Rhemrev to Analytics Manager, Adam Fuller to Senior Business Analyst, and Katherine Azurdia to Business Development Analyst.

As Analytics Manager, Amber Rhemrev will manage the processes between the TPG Employee Benefits Division and the Business Consulting Division, and will directly supervise staff on the Business Consulting team.  Case Escher, Managing Partner of the Business Consulting Division said “Amber Rhemrev’s promotion to Analytics Manager is a recognition of the role Amber has grown into over the past three years, and one that will accommodate future growth. Amber is not only a great analyst, she is especially gifted when it comes to processes such as implementing, organizing, and managing. In her new role, Amber will continue to do the great work she has always done for The Partners Group Employee Benefits clients.”

Adam Fuller’s new role as Senior Business Analyst reflects the increasing complexity of the work he does and the accounts he works on. Adam has direct conversations with our clients’ leadership, giving them confidence in our work and attends finalist meetings. “Adam has repeatedly demonstrated value to clients in increasing complexity and sophistication. This new role recognizes the contributions he has made, the growth he has experienced, and provides Adam a role he can continue to grow in”, said Case Escher.

Katherine Azurdia has been promoted to Business Development Analyst. Case stated: “Like Amber and Adam, Katherine’s new role is both a statement and recognition of the consistent contributions she has made and sets new expectations for future growth.”
