Important Information For Employers with Less Than 20 Employees: State Continuation Coverage Subsidy Update
The Oregon Insurance Division has posted an update addressing the State Continuation Coverage Subsidy, which now includes an extension to 9-months of coverage as well as a new secondary election period.

Please Note: If you have had 20 or more employees during the prior calendar year this subsidy update does not apply to you. This notice is specifically for employers with fewer than 20 employees who are subject to State Continuation
Coverage.
