Recruitment process outsourcing a hot topic for SMBs
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is hot and shows no sign of cooling off, says the latest study from Aberdeen Group's Human Capital Management practice. The March 2008 study concluded that nearly one in two small and midsized businesses outsource recruitment processes.
