New Law Alert
On December 29, 2007, President Bush signed into law the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (Public Law No: 110-173), effective January 1, 2009. The new law introduces new Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) data-reporting requirements that will affect employer-sponsored group health plans. The “Heroes Act"
